Andrew Dale expects to be in his new racing base in Wangaratta sometime in March.
Having been based in Albury since gaining his trainers licences four years ago, Dale will relocate to Victoria in a significant move for his thriving stable.
The Wangaratta Race Course has undergone a major redevelopment this year and now has two new grass tracks, a sand track, poly track and swimming pool.
Dale’s own stable complex at Wangaratta will feature 20 boxes, a horse walker, tack room, feed room, sand roll and office.
“We’re really pleased with the progress that’s being made on the stable and can’t wait to get started at Wangaratta,” he said.
“It really is a state-of-the-art complex that will provide us with the facilities we need to get the best out of our horses.
“It will also be a terrific place for owners to visit their horse and be more involved in the Andrew Dale Racing experience.”
Dale said an official opening will be held once the move is complete in which owners and friends will be invited to attend.
