Andrew Dale Racing heads to Corowa tomorrow with his first three runners for spring.
French Politician will make his debut for the stable while Lawton Joseph and Pacific Tycoon both return to action.
French Politician, a four year-old gelding out of Scandal Keeper and Baleen Lass, will race over 1400m in the Maiden Handicap.
Trainer Andrew Dale said he was looking forward to seeing how his newest addition performs.
“He’s drawn barrier one so that’s a good start and it looks a nice race for him,” Dale said.
“His jump outs and trials have been good so we’re pretty excited to see how he goes.”
Lawton Joseph and Pacific Tycoon are both back after overcoming injuries.
The April 18 meeting in Corowa was Lawton Joseph’s last start and he’ll again run over 1400m in the Class 1 Handicap.
Pacific Tycoon will feature in the last race of the day, the Class 2 Handicap (1200m), having not raced since February 17 due to a serious infection.
“Those two have had a few problems that have held them back but both have been back in work for about three months now,” Dale said.
“This preparation for Lawton Joseph has all been smooth sailing, he has drawn wide but should hit the line pretty strong.
“For Pacific Tycoon, tomorrow is all about getting through the race.
“If he runs well, pulls up healthy and is able to hold his condition moving forward we’ll be really pleased.”
