Andrew Dale Racing celebrated a memorable result at Benalla with The Narrator making the perfect start to his career, winning on debut in dominant fashion.
The New Zealand import showed early promise, jumping cleanly before taking up the running under jockey Cory Parish. Controlling the tempo throughout, The Narrator travelled strongly and, when asked for an effort in the straight, found plenty to keep his rivals at bay.
It was a professional performance first-up, with the gelding showcasing his potential to develop into a handy prospect for the stable.
Trainer Andrew Dale was thrilled with the debut victory, praising The Narrator’s composure and toughness, and looking forward to what lies ahead in his racing journey.
