Andrew Dale Racing collected a race-to-race double at Tocumwal last weekend courtesy of geldings California Vanture and Malabar Jack.
The stable prepared eight runners for Tocumwal’s once a year Easter meeting.
California Vanture opened his account in race one taking out the Maiden Handicap (1100m) by a half-length.
In the second race on the program improving three-year-old Malabar Jack scored his second career win in the Class 2 Handicap (1100m).
Malabar Jack was acquired at the 2020 Scone Yearling Sale. He was selected by Mitchell Bloodstock and was purchased for $15,000 from Bowness Stud.
Meanwhile, Cubed, a recent addition to the stable, worked home nicely to finish third in the Maiden Handicap (1300m).
