Pacific Tycoon, Little Red Devil and Lawton Joseph are all close to a return to racing.
Little Red Devil and Lawton Joseph made their first appearance this preparation at the Wagga trials on January 26.
Little Red Devil’s rating is now 60 in Victoria, which will see him well placed in Benchmark 58 races in the state.
He will have his first up run on Monday (February 5) while Lawton Joseph will trial over 1000m on the same day.
Lawton Joseph is booked for the Class 1 1200m at Wagga on February 23.
We won’t have to wait long to catch our first glimpse of Pacific Tycoon, he will race first up over 1200m in early February.
Stable star Lautaro is progressing slowly after a slight change of plans.
Initially we were targeting the Albury Cup with him, but because he hasonly had 20 starts under his belt we will hold him back for the SDRA leg of the County Championships qualifier – horses have to have run no more than 20 races and be a Class 5 or below.
His rating will guarantee a run in the big race and it looks a beautiful kick off point that ties in nicely with the Wagga Cup in May.
Progressive stayer, Footmark continues to please us and his connections after doing extremely well in the paddock.
A spell of 8-10 weeks off will see the five-year-old gelding back racing around the period of the Albury Cup Carnival.
Shelbyville continued to race consistently throughout December and January, the veteran galloper is down to contest the Adrian Ledger Memorial over 2400m during the Albury Cup Carnival.
