“Has been looking for something further at his past few runs but there hasn’t been anything suitable in the region. Getting out the 2400m should really suit and I think we could see an improved effort”.
Race 8 –Class 2 – 1175m – $25,000

Barrier 9 – 55.5kgs – Luke Currie
“He was on track to line up in the Country Championships Qualifier but a minor setback in the stables held him back two weeks. He goes into the race a fraction underdone although the track conditions should really suit him given the rain we have had. He will settle back in the early part of the race and should be very strong late”.
