Andrew Dale Racing enjoyed a highly successful day at Berrigan on Saturday, coming away with a winning double.

Promising mare Loveofmylife delivered on her strong support in the market, starting the $2.10 favourite and proving too good in the Maiden Plate over 1100m. She travelled well throughout before finishing strongly to break through for a well-deserved victory.

The stable’s momentum continued in the Benchmark 50 Handicap (1400m), with Rushford producing a dominant display. The gelding controlled the race and surged clear in the straight, saluting by two lengths in convincing fashion.

Trainer Andrew Dale was delighted with the double, praising both horses for their efforts and highlighting the stable’s strong run of form heading into the spring period.
