Week review
Oakbank
- Last weekend’s trip to Adelaide brought home a winner as Zofferella saluted in her first start under ADR at Oakbank on Friday. Bookmakers didn’t take a liking to the new addition as she saluted at $26 in race five’s 0-54 handicap (1050m).
- Shemakesastatement was only a length off them in third position in race seven’s 0-54 handicap (1400m).
- Adelaide’s Diamond also ran third, finishing a touch over two lengths off them in race four (0-56).
Tumut
- Boxing Day’s meeting at Tumut didn’t bring a winner but there were a couple of close finishes.
- Crimosa was just over half a length away in race two’s benchmark 50.
- Take The Bribe finished 2.52L off them in race three’s maiden.
- College Dropout ran third (2.14L) in race four’s benchmark 50.
Week ahead
Corowa
- Eight runners will head to Corowa’s meeting on Saturday afternoon.
- Hells Son looks well placed to break his maiden in race three after third place finishes in his past three runs.
- Manalore and Areblour will attack race five’s maiden and class 1 handicap.
- Brenlyn’s Trooper and Mojo Music should both run well in race six’s benchmark 66.
- Three gallopers will join each other in race seven with Legal Zou, Shemakesastatement and College Dropout all set to run.
Echuca
- Sunday’s Echuca meeting will see two runners in action.
- Eamonn’s Memory will be looking to continue his strong form in race four’s 0-58 handicap.
- Mescaminto will try her hand in race six (0-58).
Gundagai
- A few days continues on Monday with six ADR runners to head to Gundagai for their non-TAB meeting.
- Race two will see Malabar Queen and Crimosa looking for victory in race two’s benchmark 50.
- Take The Bribe will be the sole runner in race three as he looks to back up a respectable first start under ADR at Tumut.
- Bellman and Rainbow Thief will feature in race four’s benchmark 66.
- Wagunda will round the day out for the team in race five’s class 1.
