Yea
- Jahbath saluted at Yea on Saturday in race two’s picnic trophy (1300m) by a touch over two lengths. It’s the sixth win of the seven-year-old’s career.
Benalla
- Deploy and Destroy was solid at Benalla on Sunday, finishing under two lengths off them in race seven’s 0-58 handicap (1400m). Hit the line well and looks back on track.
- Mescaminto was three lengths back in race six’s 0-58 handicap (1606m), ahead of Garros who wasn’t disgraced in his first start back (4.25L).
Albury
- Eamonn’s Memory ran third at Albury on Monday in race six’s benchmark 58 (1400m).
- Malabar Queen was solid in race four’s benchmark 58 (1000m), 2.78L off them.
- Hells Son ran fourth in race five’s class 1 (1175m), 4.31L off them.
Wangaratta
- Mojo Music was the sole runner at Wangaratta on Thursday, running second, 3.5L off the winner.
Week ahead
Tumbarumba
- Six runners will head to Tumbarumba’s cup meeting on Saturday.
- Malabar Prince and Malabar Queen Will feature in the opening race of the day (BM45 over 1020m).
- Race two will see Patron of Power looking to break his maiden.
- Wagunda will run in race three’s benchmark 50 (1200m).
- Race five’s Tumbarumba Cup (BM66 over 1400m) will see Eamonn’s Memory in action. The galloper is gunning for a country cup win after placings in the Tumut and Carrathool Cups.
- New addition Oodles will round the day out in race six’s class 2 (1400m).
Healesville
- Three runners will feature at Healesville’s picnic meeting on Saturday.
- Rupicasso will feature race two’s picnic trophy (1000m).
- Regal Magnate will run in race three’s maiden (2350m).
- Race four’s maiden (1200m) will see Mornington Missus in action.
Morphettville
- Bellman will run in race 10’s 0-64 handicap (1600m) at Morphettville on Saturday. The galloper’s drawn gate one with SA leading hoop Jake Toeroek in the saddle. The five-year-old gelding was just a length away last start at Wangaratta.
New purchase
- ADR purchased six-year-old gelding Berkinson at a recent Inglis Digital Sale. The sic-year-old gelding has just the one win from 16 starts under his belt but has been racing in solid company around the Coffs Harbour region.
