– Rushford continued his winning ways at Healesville in race four’s open trophy (1200m). Jockey Shaun Cooper stayed patient before overrunning his rivals down the straight.
– Hells Son and Super View both ran second at Tatura.
Week ahead
Wodonga
– Six runners will feature at Wodonga today (Friday) for their cup meeting.
– Brenlyn’s Daisy’s been given the most hope by bookies, sitting around the $6.50 mark in race eight’s benchmark 64 (1100m).
– Sheila ($19) and Copperfield ($15) will also feature alongside Brenlyn’s Daisy as each-way chances.
– Brenlyn’s Trooper has been installed as a $9 each-way chance in race seven’s benchmark 70 (1300m).
– Parabellum ($31) will tackle race four’s Ollie Cox Memorial (2050m).
– Kiss The Bride ($11) is an each-way chance in race five’s benchmark 58 (1590m) and has won four times on soft ground.
New purchase
– ADR purchased a nicely priced Per Incanto x Eagle Beaver (NZ) filly at a recent Inglis Digital sale. The yearling has been purchased to race with shares set to be just $500 for 10%. Contact Andrew for more information.
Upcoming meetings
– The stable will look to attack next Saturday’s Christmas races meeting at Wangaratta.
– The team will also have a couple feature at Albury on that same day.
