Week ahead
Echuca
– Three Musketeers will tackle the biggest test of his career in tomorrow’s $100,000 Country Trainers Series Final (BM70) at Echuca. The four-year-old gelding made his way into the field after a second-place finish in heat three (BM64) at Kilmore last weekend and looks primed to do the stable proud.
Tocumwal
– A huge team will head to Tocumwal Cup Day.
– Both Eamonn’s Memory and Mojo Music will be after the Tocumwal Cup. Eamonn’s Memory is looking for back-to-back country cup wins, while Mojo Music wants some more silverware after his Holbrook Cup win earlier this year.
– The in-form Rushford looks one of the main chances in race four’s benchmark 45 (1300m), while Wagunda will be a leading chance in the same race.
– Calm Buckle is gunning for back-to-back wins in race six’s benchmark 50 (1600m).
Wodonga
– Six runners have accepted for Wodonga’s meeting on Tuesday.
– Jingu Express drew a sticky 15 in race three’s maiden.
– Calm Buckle will get the chance to back-up if he pulls up well from his run at Tocumwal. The four-year-old gelding has drawn gate six in race five’s 0-62 (2050m), while Parabellum is in the same boat.
– Hells Son has drawn an ideal barrier two for race six’s benchmark 58 (1100m), while Can Do Canto has been given gate 11.
– Brenlyn’s Trooper has also drawn sticky (13) in race seven’s 0-62 (1300m).
Trials
– Three gallopers trialed at Benalla on Tuesday.
– Brenlyn’s Legacy was excellent, finishing second in his heat.
– Youngsters Tuscan War and Dubai Fountain were disappointing but will be given a spell where they’ll hopefully mature and come back bigger and better.
Jump outs
– Wodonga will hold jump outs on Thursday.
– Newcomers Fontein Forte and Swamped will go round.
Outreach x Chamber Music
– Our Outreach x Chamber Music colt in being broken in and is progressing nicely.

BEST OF THE WEEKEND
While you’ll have to be on course to bet at Tocumwal, ADR has a number of each-way chances.
Rushford (race 4), Eamonn’s Memory (race 5), Mojo Music (race 5), Calm Buckle (race 6), and Parabellum (race 6) all look like nice each-way bets.
