Week review
- ADR enjoyed a successful week reeling in two winners, along with a few placings.
Corowa
- Rockbarton Shout kicked off proceedings in race five’s benchmark 66 at Corowa on Monday. She has now gone right through the grades and we couldn’t be more pleased for her supportive owners.
- The in-form Hells Son finished second in a benchmark 58 at Corowa, beaten just half a length.
- Chairman’s Choice found some form at Corowa, finishing third in race six’s benchmark 52.
Echuca
- The evergreen Rushford brought up win number nine in a benchmark 58 (1618m) at Echuca on Tuesday. The nine-year-old son of Canford Cliffs continues to get it done in the twilight of his career.
Wagga
- At Wagga, Bellman was promising at the 2000m, finishing second in race two’s benchmark 58. The stable believes there’s scope to continue the staying trips over the winter months.
Jump outs
- Four horses jumped out at Wangaratta on Thursday.
- After a little let-up, Three Musketeers won his heat as he ticked his legs over and the stable can’t wait to follow his progression.
- After an injury spell, Shooting For Stars has made a terrific return to racing. She was beaten by two lengths first-up at Seymour and then followed that up with a strong jump out on Thursday.
- Crimosa also ran second in his heat.
Stay Inside x Fadetta (USA)
- The stable has picked up a cracking looking Stay Inside gelding for $40,000. Stay Inside has had a flawless start to his career as a stallion and is a sire of 121 progeny to race, 88 of those being winners (72.0%).
- Keep your eyes peeled for more details in the coming weeks.
Upcoming meetings
