Weekend ahead

Seymour

• Two runners will attend Sunday’s Seymour Cup meeting.
• Shooting For Stars drew gate 14 in race five’s benchmark 58 with Teo Nugent booked to ride. The talented mare will be looking to bounce back from a tough last start at Leeton.
• Eamonn’s Memory will be looking to win a ticket into the Melbourne Cup Day’s MCC Country Series Final with a top two finish in Sunday’s heat four. The talented six-year-old just missed out on securing a spot in the final last start when he finished third in heat one at Benalla.

Jump outs

• Six runners had jump outs at Wangaratta on Wednesday with a number of positive results coming from the day.
• Our lucrative Spirit of Boom x Never Forget two-year-old filly looked green but won her jump out, showing plenty of speed in the 600m heat.
• Suspension finished second in his heat, beaten by a length, while Rushford finished third.

Caulfield Cup weekend

• The stable is building up to a massive Caulfield Cup day next weekend with meetings at Wodonga, Avoca, Bendigo, Deniliquin and Wagga potentially on the cards.
